Areas and projects

Areas help you organize your Library around the larger parts of your life.

They can represent things such as work, health, relationships, education, finances, personal life, or any project structure that makes sense to you.

Inside each Area, you can create lists or projects.

Inside each list, you can keep tasks, notes, ideas, records, and other content.

Tasks can also contain subtasks or be linked to other related tasks, helping you keep connected work and information together.

The structure is:

Areas
Lists or projects
Tasks and records
Subtasks or linked tasks

You can choose which areas you want to see in My library.

Use the checkmark to show or hide an area. Use the edit button to change its name or color.

Areas can evolve with you. You can rename them, simplify them, or adapt them as your life and projects change.

Lists without an assigned area will always remain visible, so nothing is hidden or lost simply because it has not been organized yet.
