3.1 What My Day is
My Day is the main screen of CROSSNote.
It shows all the information related to a specific date and allows you to navigate, review, and interact with your day.
This screen is composed of several sections.
1. Date selector (top calendar)
At the top of My Day, there is a date selector used to navigate between days.
It can appear in two states:
Week view
Expanded month view
The selected day is highlighted.
Each day can also encode different meanings through color, shape, and markers.
1.1 Meaning of day color
The color of a day indicates its temporal status and whether it still contains unresolved items.
Past days in pink → the day contains items that are still pending to close
Future days in grey → upcoming days with scheduled content
1.2 Meaning of day shape
The shape of the day also carries information.
Round shape → regular day
Slightly squarer shape → the day contains a Dead Line
1.3 Meaning of dots
Dots under a day are not just general activity markers.
They indicate that the day contains something that is:
Important and urgent
Important
Urgent
1.4 Interaction
Tap a day → opens that day in My Day
Expand or collapse the selector → switch between week and month view
