About OS3e Technologies

Built from a
real need to remember.

CROSSNote began with a practical problem: important information appears while life is already moving. Capturing it should not create more work than remembering it.

The story

From fragments to a personal operating system.

01 / CAPTURE

Meetings moved faster than filing.

The first need was simple: capture ideas, decisions and follow-ups with as little friction as possible, before context disappeared.

02 / ORGANISE

Capture was only the beginning.

Once the record grew, the next problem became organisation and retrieval. CROSSNote evolved to preserve context, suggest structure and use AI where it could reduce the burden—without hiding the source.

03 / UNDERSTAND

Productivity without direction is incomplete.

Goals, mood and reflection widened the question from “What did I do?” to “Is this how I want to live?” The Life Model emerged as an inspectable way to connect activity with intention.

04 / WHOLE LIFE

The body belongs in the story.

Health and activity context added another essential dimension. Designed for Apple Watch users, CROSSNote connects available health information with everyday plans, activity and intentions. Compatible data from Oura, WHOOP, Garmin and COROS can also enter through Apple Health, depending on what each provider shares and the permissions you choose.

05 / CONVICTION

Personal context must remain personal.

Privacy was not added as a marketing hook. It follows from the product itself: a system built around a person's life should serve that person. The principal record stays on the user's device and in their iCloud; optional external processing is treated as a bounded exception that must be explained clearly.

Our point of view

Technology should expand human agency, not quietly replace it.

That means transparent sources, correctable models, non-diagnostic health language and no advertising use of a person's Life Model.
